Home assistant icons cache issue or bug? Icons missing

Since update 2024.1 or 2024.2 I have been experiencing issue where some icons are missing from time to time. They randomly disappear and then show up again. See the examples below. It happens on smart phone companion app as well Microsoft Edge browser and even on HassAgent software.

!!! All the cards are mushroom cards. The top most cards are Mushroom chips, the rest are mushroom climate, mushroom entity, mushroom media, mushroom template, and etc. All mushroom cards only!

All the cards are mushroom cards. The top most cards are Mushroom chips, the rest are mushroom climate, mushroom entity, mushroom media, mushroom template, and etc. All mushroom cards only!

Thank you. Yes I found a solution and so far it seems that works. Here is it:

  1. Check that your Home Assistant version is the latest. Some new Mushroom features can only be visible for the latest Home Assistant version.
  2. Check that you have the latest Mushroom version
  3. Clear your cache :
