I’m running Home Assistant for a year now, and so far all my “problems” has been solved by searching online.
But now I have a very strange problem.
My setup:
I have a Intel NUC with Windows 10 installed (21H2).
I use Vm-Ware workstation Player (v17) to run Home assistant in (I followed the guide to make the VM).
This has workt for almost a year without any issues.
But after an update of the windows 10, the Home assistant VM starts using more and more CPU till it finaly stops responding. This takes about 5 to 15 minutes.
WINDOWS UPDATE:
2022-12 Cumulatieve update voor op Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64 gebaseerde systemen (KB5021233)
When I remove the update it works without issues.
How is this possible, and how can I fix this?
