Home Assistant installation on nvme m.2 ssd

Good morning,

I got a raspberry pi 5, with a case to connect an nvme m.2 ssd.
I thought I had a PCIe connection available on my computer but this is not the case.
Is it possible to install home assistant on ssd via raspberry?

Thank you for your help.

Just use the same procedure as for Generic x86

Hello @NyCreamZ , how did you manage to do it?

I just bought RPi 5 with SSD NVMe (with Raspberry-Pi OS Bookwork 64 bits pre-installed). Using an SD card, I was able to change the boot order to NVMe first.
But I have no display (no screen or cable). Is there a way to install HA OS on the NVMe without having a screen form the RPi?
Thanks !!

The easiest way is to get an NVME → USB adapter, plug it into a PC and write HA-OS to the NVME-SSD using the Raspberry Pi imager.
