Home assistant ip and url Not Working

I recently tried using HassOS And all went as usual but then when I went to http:// homeassistant.local:8123 It spat back an error Then I clicked reload and it just was gone as if it was connecting to nothing so then I tried the observer and everything was fine so I Tried the ip and it didn’t work
