Home Assistant is not showing all options for an entity (an AC unit controlled by Tado), even though these options are available in the manufacturer's app

Hello,

First of all, thank you very much for reading this. I’m experiencing some problems with integrating AC units into my Home Assistant setup. To integrate the ACs into Home Assistant, I use Tado. Currently, I have 3 Tados: 2 of them (added to Home Assistant weeks ago) are in one house, and 1 is in another house (where I’m moving to in a few days; I added the Tado yesterday).

The problem I’m facing is that Home Assistant is not capturing all the functionalities that Tado allows for the air conditioning unit in the new house (screenshot1), functionalities that are available for the same Tado in the Tado app (screenshot2). However, for the 2 older Tados, I do see all the functionalities presented in the Tado app available in Home Assistant (screenshot 3 and 4).

When I go to the developer tools option, in the yaml of the Tado in the new house (the one that’s not working fully), I don’t see the additional options, such as fan, movement of the split blades… which are present in the older Tados (those that show all the options).

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you very much in advance.

EDIT: I think this is happening to me HomeAssistant entity control features missing after upgraded the tado firmware. · Issue #97261 · home-assistant/core · GitHub, but I don’t see any solution regarding it. The two Tados that work are version 5X.XX and the Tado that doesn’t is version 1XX.XX…
