I wanted to ask if it‘s possible to install both Home Assistant & Motioneyeos on one Pi Zero?

Possible? Probably yes. Recommended? Definitely not.
Even Home Assistant alone should only be run on a Pi Zero for testing and playing around and not for a production system.
