Instead of the current imprecise Cover UI:
I propose a clearer and more precise interface, Horseshoe type:
The Horseshoe arc is for entering commands 0 to 100%, from left (0%) to right (100%).
In the center, the current level of the shutter is shown in percentage and it grows or decreases after having set the new required level.
Below the current and simple interface, although inverted: on the left the Down Arrow to Close the blind, in the center the Square to stop the movement of the Cover and on the right the Up Arrow to Raise the Cover.
