Home Assistant not seeing Zigbee USB devices

I have a Silicon Labs 3.0 USB Dongle Plus and a DEConz attached to my Raspberry Pi 4 using an extension lead on each. When I go to the Command Line and input lsusb, it should show Silicon Labs in the list of devices. There seems to be nothing. See a snapshot:

Is that a fair conclusion? If so any suggestions to get HA to see them?
