I successfully imported my “haos_ova-10.2.ova” in the Virtual machine of my Synology NAS, but after the configuration and the startup, console says “Booting from hard disk” without going further …
Is there a step I am missing in here ? Already 10 minutes like that …

I can see in the CLI that the image boots from BIOS. I think HA OS needs UEFI.
So I need to redo from scratch … is it in the parameters that we say it boots from Bios or UEFI ??
Now I’m not that well versed in VM’s, still I do run HA on a Synology in the same manner as you’re trying. Inside the manager running is states IDE as yours, but I can see that you do not have any IP associated. Perhaps check under the Network tab that you actually either have LAN1 or LAN2 stated…
it is ok … I changed from Bios to UEFI and worked.
