Is the Home Assistant OS hardened to any CIS benchmark or other security frameworks or is that a task left up to the person installing the OS?
I am just kind of curious as to what measures have been taken to harden the OS.
Thanks!

It’s not possible to “harden” it, it’s a minimal Buildroot based install.
I don’t know if it’s formally hardened, but there’s very little on it - only what’s required for running Home Assistant.
