Home Assistant RPi 4b on boot giving kernel error

I was hoping someone has already experienced the same issue, and is willing to help me out.
The main idea behind my question is (if possible) I’d like to skip flashing a new installation and fix a current one.

Something (power failure maybe) messed up my HA RPi installation rendering it unbootable (although it is connected to UPS and has NUT properly configured to make a safe shutdown) running on new SanDisk Extreme Pro SD card.
Now when I try to start RPi I get 7 LED flashing in a row on RPi meaning kernel is missing/messed up.
I wonder if there is a way to “just replace” kernel on existing installation or flash a new HA installation and to copy all the files from the “old”/messed up SD card to the new one without loosing anything since the “old”/messed up SD card is still readable.

Thanks.
