Home assistant running in safe mode?

So yea, as the title says home assistant is running in safe mode. The log is

Prior to this error, I was attempting to install HACS from https://hacs.xyz/docs/setup/download using wget -O - https://get.hacs.xyz | bash -

The install seemed to go well, but I ran the install twice, after rebooting the second time I was in safe mode? Is this saveable?

So? What is in scripts.yaml then?

Yea sorry removed what was in the scripts.yaml and its fixed now.

not sure how I missed that one
