I have a question. Home Assistant tells me, it has discovered a new Device “Philips Hue” and if I want to configure it, but it is already configure, see the picture:
Can somebody give me an advice, first what is happening and second – what should I do?

First thing to try is to restart Home Assistant and see if it still reports finding an unconfigured Philips Hue integration.
I had what looked like some printer strangeness today too.
First it added my printer then on next restart it wanted to add it again.
Turned out that one actually was my (Brother) printer, the other was the Internet Printing Protocol.
I just removed the IPP 
Looks like the restart trick failed to work. You might consider reporting this as an Issue in the Home Assistant Core repo.
The extra printer (which is identified slightly differently) might be due to what klogg reported.
