Home Assistant UI not updating with external native apps

I’ve discovered that the Home assistant UI is not updating if devices are used with external native apps (hue, wemo, Alexa). Sometimes the state changes are showing but after a delay, and sometimes no state change at all even though the native app says it’s changed.

This behaviour seems to have started with with 0.57.x.

Even after some time? Hue is polling the hub for data

Yep, Its not just Hue either its Wemo devices too.

This is still happening and is very frustrating. not seeing anything in logs. Hue and Wemo state changes are NOT being reflected in HA UI if I use external means (native apps etc). The lights/switches are communicating and can be controlled from within HA its just their state isn’t updating in HA UI.

I have HUE and Wemo setup as static entries and discovery turned off.
