Home Assistant with External SSD Crucial X6 Portable 2TB

I ´m running home assistant on a raspberry 4 with a memory card. Is it possible to use the Crucial X6 portable SSD instead of the memory card?

I’ve been running home assistant on this hard drive with a Raspy 4 for over a month and a half with no problems.
Maybe this helps someone else.
