Today suddenly i can not flash my esp’s because of lost usb ports

Hello gbadiot and welcome to the forum. I am not a professional and your post contains little information, a more detailed description would be good, see here Maybe I can help with my little knowledge anyway. It is important to use a USB cable that is also suitable for data transfer! Maybe this works here:
1.Create compile a file.
2.Connect the microcontroller with a suitable cable.
3. Restart the ESP Home Addon and wait a moment.
4. Click the arrow at the top right and select the USB port and upload the created file.
Take a look behind the sofa, that’s where most of my lost stuff ends up.
