Home Assistant won't reliably start, or crashes after a few mins - Fresh install

Installing HA on a MacMini Catalina 10.15.7 (16gig of ram), Virtualbox 7.0.4, using the haos_ova-9.4.vdi vdisk.

Removed and started over 2x…same results.

I would say the root of your problem is VirtualBox. I would suggest looking into VMWare. Outside of that, set the vCPU to 1 and see if the problem persists.

Thanks…setting to 1 cpu got it running.

I started with 1, and it crashed b4, I’ll see how long it runs this time.
