Home Assistant Yellow not Reboot throw UI

I have this problem on Home Assistant Yellow:
when I reboot the device it system shutdowns but not start (led red and green on). I have to unplug and plug power for it works correctly.
The restart of only HA it works.

HA Core logs report:
INFO: Home Assistant Core finish process exit code 0
INFO: Home Assistant Core service shutdown

I tried “ha core check”, all OK.

Hardware:

  • Home Assistant Yellow rev 1.2 with standard power supply.
  • NVME Corsair P2 256GB

Software:

  • Supervisor 2022.12.1
  • Operating System 9.4
  • Frontend 20221231.1

Thank all for your time.

I add boot from console:

I have the same problem. After a reboot the system shutdowns but doesn’t start.

I’ve got a similar issue. Normal HA restarts are fine, but anything involving a system reboot often requires me to unplug power and plug back in again.
