Did you flash the Zigbee firmware and delete the multi-protocol add-on ?

I assume the Multiprotocol add-on has been deleted with the ZHA integration.For the Zibgee firmware, I don’t know how I should do it

Install the Silicon Labs Flasher add-on. And don’t assume the Multiprotocol add-on is deleted, check it.

Silicon Labs Flasher add-on to flash Silicon Labs based radios.

By default this add-on flashes the firmware to use Zigbee (Silicon Labs EmberZNet Zigbee stack).

NOTE: Make sure no other add-on or integration is using the radio. In particular disable the Zigbee Home Automation integration and the Silicon Labs Multiprotocol add-on.

So z2m can’t connect. Did you flash the Zigbee only firmware, and remove the multiprotocol add-on, and disable ZHA ?

Well I don’t know how to flash with the firmware…
This is the issue for sure

install this add-on

and start it

I did but I can’t select nothing as a firmware

Just select the correct serial port and it will flash the ZigBee firmware after start
