I want to use the LYWSD03MMC as monitor and sent to it temperature measurement of other sensor from Home Assistant.
How I do that ?
Right now these sensors (LYWSD03MMC ) with original firware and connected to Home Assistant (RP4) via NODEMCU-32s (ESPHome)

Your question isn’t clear. Can you please edit / rephrase / expand so we can understand what you’re trying to achieve.
Maybe tell us what you’re trying to achieve, rather than how you’re trying to achieve it? i.e. what do you want the temperature sensor to do.
Interesting, I didn’t know you could essentially use the device as a screen for another sensor. I can’t help with that sorry, but hopefully someone else can.
