The core add-on Tesla (Tesla - Home Assistant) is without an active code owner and had a breaking change when Tesla recently upgraded their API security to require Captcha completion along with credentials.
It seems the current owner is passive for a year or longer and users get stuck with automations failing.
Not sure where to post, but maybe someone from Core Team can check on this since it’s an official integration reviewed by HA Team and down for a while now.
