Hi together,
this is my first post in the community forum.
I hope the post is correcty signed.
As the titel sais, I got a low budget whirlpool from Home Deluxe; Model Splash. It only has a power supply to 230V and nothing else. All the functions are controlled by the internaly fitted board.
As soon as the pool has been pluged in, it shows the default temperature of 20 degrees celsius and heating inactive (i guess because of protection if no water is filled in).
I would like to transfere it to be smart controlled by Home Assistant.
I do have a solar system fitted on my house.
The idea is to switch on the power socket by a ShellyPlus1 if there is some produced power left.
Problem: As soon as the whirlpool get powered up, the heating is off and the target temperature is at 20 degrees.
The challenge is, to edit 2 default flags on the internaly fitted board software:
„heating on“ when powered up instead of „heating off“
target temperature to 38 degrees insted of 20
I‘ll post a detailed picture the next days of the Board.
I do have different on board programer. If there is a supported chip on it, I‘ll also post a dump file of it.
Is there anybody who can support me to get this job done?
I have the same pool and am also interested in making it work, as I want to connect it to my PV system. I found the following pages where the Lay-Z-Spa was converted with an ESP32. Apparently, this pool has the same connection, so maybe the software would work here too Our pool has 6 wires, and the Lay-Z-SPA also has 6 wires
Hi guys, im trying to back engineer a way to get this working here in the UK. We had a similar hot tub sold by a company called “cleverspa” who unfortunately went out of business sometime in 2022 so parts are hard to find. I want to control the tub via wifi/HA as previously there was an intergration (some UK models had a wifi setup built into the tub) however their cloud API is now dead and cannot be used. Ive currently got wifi and non wifi control panels however I would like to see what is possible. Did you get any further with this?
