Home Panel ssl error with lets encrypt

Hi, I get various ssl type errors in my log but this particular one is causing home panel to stop working:

2019/04/09 15:11:14 [warn] 435#435: no resolver defined to resolve ocsp.int-x3.letsencrypt.org while requesting certificate status, responder: ocsp.int-x3.letsencrypt.org, certificate: "/ssl/fullchain.pem"

2019/04/09 15:11:19 [info] 435#435: *1 client 86.138.142.94 closed keepalive connection (104: Connection reset by peer)

Anyone got any suggestions as to what is wrong. It appeared when I upgraded to release 91
both ssl files are in the ssl folder as before, nothing else is changed

Seems the password file had become corrupt. When I logging in under a new login and pass, the app now s is configured from the front end and so I guess it was a homepanel upgrade?!
