let the ability to reduce the diameter of home zone.

You can already do this.

Configuration.yaml:

zone:
  - name: 'Home'
    latitude: !secret home_lat
    longitude: !secret home_long
    radius: 50  # <--------------------- L O‿O K

EDIT: apparently this behaviour has changed. You should use customize to change the radius now. Especially if you used the UI to set up your home zone. Or you may just end up with zone.home_2

ok for this tx. I will try it but in UI you can’t or i don’t see the good way.
