Homeassistant on PC is different from one for the raspberry pi

Hello,

I am running hass on raspberry pi 3 and it seems that the board is struggling when multiple plugins are up and running, so I decided to use my old pc instead (old mac mini from 2012 with Ubuntu installed). I installed docker and run hass in docker and everything works fine.

But there is a problem with the version that I run on a pc, it is missing addons, backups so I cannot install anything (node red, zigbee2mqtt, mosquito).
Also, I find a bit confusing the documetation and cannot figure out why am I missing this section.

Can you please help me to solve this problem, is hat am I missing here?

I think you better start by details which of the installation methods you used.

Did you install a Generic x86-64 HA OS install (the best way to run on PC hardware, I have run this on a NUC and it was great) or did you run under Docker or as a VM?

Once that is known then better experts than me can tell you the difference between each install method and what is available under each.
