Homeassitant AddOn: "Filebeat"

Hello everyone, I would like to install the following add-on. Unfortunately I cannot install the add-on via a repository. Only locally via git. You see the following post:
Homeassistant AddOn “Filebeat”
But how do I do that? Can you help me?
