Homekit Bridge Integration

Hi,

I’ve installed the Homekit Integration and can’t get past “Connecting to Bridge” on the Home app on my iPhone. I’ve reset my phone, restarted HA and even tried different ways to add it on the Home app. After trying to connect to the bridge, the Home App says “Unable to add Accessory.” I’ve tried scanning the QR code and the Home app can see the integration when I click on "Add Accessory "and click on “More Options.” From there, it displays the HAAS Bridge (so I know it can see it,) but I get the same end result “Unable to Add Accessory.” Is there something I’m missing that needs to be added to conf. yaml file or something else I need to do? HA and my phone are on the same network. I have an Apple TV.

Also, when I look at “Home Settings” on the home app, I can see 1 hub listed (Apple TV) and 1 bridge listed (living room homebridge.) When I click on that (bridge) it says “This accessory is not responding.” Then it says it’s unreachable.

Just to clarify, are you talking about this integration:

or this integration?

The first one lets you pair Homekit accessories to Home Assistant.

The second one makes Home Assistant’s entities look like Homekit accessories.

I believe you mean the second one and, yes, it requires some configuration. Basically you indicate which entities you want to expose as Homekit accessories.

Yes, it’s the 2nd one. I added it via the integration section.
I selected every entity possible and it won’t go further than the error message. What I am I missing?
