HomeKit devices hell

I installed homekit and tried to configure my devices.
The first time I set it up, it displayed the devices plain and nicely (similar to Google Home).
I messed around with it to get other devices to get displayed, so I changed some configs, and got a hell of duplicated devices(which i guess are devices configs).
Example: I have 3 bulbs in my office, 6 are displayed, only 3 are switchable, and not sure what the other three are, and how to remove them.

  • How do I remove the uncontrollable duplicates?
  • I have an air-conditioner, is it possible to add it to HomeKit in a way that it is recognized as an AC with it’s functions instead of having on/off as a button, and having fan speed as a separate button? (same thing i have for a valve/watering system).
  • I was wondering if there is a better way to organize my devices with HomeKit. Maybe set them up individually?
