Homekit integration for Tado "not loaded". How to Debug?

Hi,

First post here so I’m not sure if I am doing this right or putting it in the right place.

I have a Home Assistant install running on Diet-Pi on a R Pi 2. I used the native diet pi HA install method. I have a Tado V3 Thermostat that I want to use with the local Homekit integration so internet access isn’t required like the direct Tado setup.

My issue is the Homekit integration for Tado is displaying a “Not Loaded” error and nothing is working. It worked when I initially added the integration & I set up the themostat, boiler turn buttons etc. to test. I was waiting for other devices before setting up the rest of the system for automation on HA but now I have this error when I came back to this. I attached a photo of the error:

My question is how do I approach finding out more detail about the cause of this? I looked at the HA system logs and the journalctl logs on dietpi for HA and can’t see anything related to Homekit. Right now I have no idea if it is a HA issue, dietpi issue or a Tado issue but I have no idea how to find out.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: forgot to say I have reinstalled HA on the dietpi and the issue has persisted.
