Homekit No Response after Homekit Architecture Upgrade

Hi All, I have searched around the forums for this issue and whilst it has been discussed before it seems to have been some time ago and I am looking to see if anyone else is impacted with the current versions of all systems involved.

Problem: Home Assistant hosted devices showing as “No Response” in Apple Homekit.

System setup

  • Rapsberry Pi hosted Home Assistant
  • Core2024.4.1
  • Supervisor2024.04.0
  • Operating System12.1
  • Frontend20240404.1
  • 1 Apple TV 4K 1st Gen acting as the hub running tvOS 17.4
  • iPhone, iPad and Macbook all on their respective lastest versions as of today.
  • Single wifi network, not meshed, both all involved devices connected via the same wifi network

Possible causes: The most recent change was an upgrade to the latest Apple Homekit Architecture.

What I have tried to fix the issue:

  • Wiped Raspberry Pi and started with a clean setup
  • Factory restored Apple TV
  • Removed all devices from Apple Home, deleted home and started again.

Short term work around
If I reboot the Apple TV, everything comes good for several hours, before becoming unresponsive again. Then another reboot of the Apple TV brings everything back again, I can’t keep rebooting the Apple TV to turn the lights on.

Anyone else on the latest version of everything and seeing or not seeing this issue?

Thanks
