Homekit.stop

Prior to the OpenZWave Beta, there was really no reason to be concerned with Home Assistant running without OpenZWave. Because of this, homekit.start was the only necessity. Once Home Assistant was up and the zwave network was complete, start Homekit. Now, Home Assistant and homekit bridge can be active while the OZW Beta has crashed, is being updated, or for some other unknown reason. Having devices not ready while homekit is running throws Apple’s Home for a real loop. Having a homekit.stop for when the OZW beta isn’t reporting allNodesQueried would solve this issue.
