Can anybody please advise where I have to tweak? I usually close my homematic blinds to 5% position only and home assistant is treating this as open. I rather would like to see the status closed. Thx
Technically the blinds are not closed when at 5%. So the only option I see is reconfiguring the actuator. In the configuration you can define how long it takes to open and close the blinds. If closing usually takes 15 seconds, but it’s at 5% after 13 seconds, then set the time accordingly. This will result in the actuator reporting a level of 0 when it’s actually at 5%.
Hi Daniel, many thanks for your prompt reply. I will stick to it as is, as it is only cosmetics. Everything works fine and my installation is growing everyday with additional automations. HA is very powerful and beautiful as well.
