[Homematic] RPCFunctions.jsonRpcPost: Exception: <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>

Hi,

I have just updated my Home Assistant to 2021.12.4 and Home Assistant OS 7.0 as well as Raspberrymatic to 3.61.7.20211218.

Since then, I can not control any Homematic device via Home Assistant. I get the following log entries:

Is this a known bug?

After several restarts the error was gone. However, I haven’t changed something and I can’t tell what the problem was.
