I have a bunch of HS-WS100+ switches, and I just upgraded from ozw to zwave-js. These are all coming up as “Unknown manufacturer 0xXXXX 0xXXXX Unknown product 0xXXXX”.
I tried both re-interrogating one of these nodes, as well as excluding and re-including, and it came back the same way.
Is this not supported yet? I couldn’t find any discussion of this yet.
I am having the same issue with my HS-WS100+ switches and HS-WD100+ dimmers. In addition, these switches did have multi function capabilities for 1-2-3 taps, but this option doesn’t appear in Hass. Almost 90% of my switches are Homeseer so hoping someone has some lead to help!
I had a similar problem with HS-FLS100-G2.

The solution was to re-interview the device from the zwave-js control panel and select the “reset security classes” option.
This didn’t help for me.
Any further ideas about this? I logged the interview of the node, but none of the output looks interesting to me:
