I’m new with Home Assistant but I try to do something quiet simple with my HomeWizard P1 meter.
I want to trigger a notification when the value is <2000W.
I tried to set state myself with developper tools but when I put something like -1000 it is triggered even if I asked -2000.
Could you help me?
Not clear what you’re putting in developer tools.
If you want a notification when the value drops below 2000, then 1999 should trigger the automation - provided the sensor value was above 2000 in the first place.
The trigger won’t fire a second time until the value rises above 2000 and drops again.
This should do the trick, if not please provide us with some information about the settings you tried
