Honeywell In-Wall Fan Speed Control missing speed control

I have a Honeywell 39358 connected to Home Assistant over Zwave2MQTT and it seems to be lacking any kind of speed control. All I see in home assistant is an on/off toggle. Am I missing something? When I look at the device in the Zwave UI it shows as a multi-level switch with value up, value down, and value set options.

Are you using MQTT or the Z-Wave Integration? If you are using MQTT, and using MQTT discovery, you may need to modify a device javascript file.

Well, 39358 already has a custom config, so there must be something else.

Can you clarify, you are using the long dead Zwave2MQTT, or Z-Wave JS UI (formerly Zwavejs2mqtt)?

Looks like Z-Wave JS UI, the guide I was using still refers to it as Zwavejs2mqtt. I have tried excluding it and including it again just to see if it was a fluke but everything is the same. Only a power toggle in home assistant.

So back to the original question, are you using the Z-Wave integration, or MQTT Discovery?
