Honeywell Total Connect Comfort (Europe) stopted working

Hi,

Since yesterday aternoon my Honeywell Total Connect Comfort (Europe) stopted working in HA. I assume its because i also get an error when trying to login op the site international.mytotalconnectcomfort.com. it gives an general error message, that an error occured try later again.

Anyone more having the same experience?

I noticed something was bumped in the 2024.12.2 but that was not a breaking change total_connect_client to 2023.12

Controlling the thermostat via the TCC app works normally
Have not changes the user id or password (which where working in HA before it broke
HA core and os are up to date.

Hi, the same problem…
The TCC Home app works fine and the web access is also working.
I tried to downgrade HA to 2024.12 and 2024.11.x but the problem persisted.
All other Honeywell services work fine.
In my case the problem have occurred after regularly restart HA…
There is just a yesterday message on Resideo Support Center about a maintenance on 12th December from 3:30AM to 5:30AM. They had to change something, I suppose…

Same problem. created a ticket at Resideo. Their answe is:
https://getconnected.honeywellhome.com/nl/ is de oude link die is uitgeschakeld door de fabrikant. (https://getconnected.honeywellhome.com/nl/ is the old link wich has been disabled by the manifacturer),
That’s it, no clue what to do. I suppose the integration has to be upograded to theit new way of athenticating.
