Is this normal?
I’ve changed the ethernet cable between the RPi4 and the switch to no effect…
I moved the ethernet cable to another port on the switch and there was no change to the issue.
If I look at the status LEDs on the RPi4’s ethernet port I see that both go out every few seconds - this means that the ethernet port is briefly not working?
I’ve swapped out the 2GB RPi4 and its power supply adaptor for another set, and connected the USB SSD holding the HA software to this replacement.
After an hour running, I’ve seen no instance of the ethernet port going down in the Host log, so I conclude this has been either a hardware issue with the RPi4 or an under-spec power supply adaptor.
