Hour format configuration

Some releases ago, hour format was 24h, now it’s AM/PM format. I personally dislike this format and it seems there’s no way to configure hour fornat at Settings - System - General.

There’s time formatting options under your user profile settings.

The configuration was the same that you posted. With the last update, the bug that I mentioned was solved.
