How can I back up my energy usage statistics?

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me. I restored a backup from 6 hours ago and when I restored it I lost all the stats for the month of September for energy usage. How can I make a copy of this data so I don’t lose it.

Seems my history data aslo has been lost

Same issue here, due to an issue I had to restore a backup and now my history is gone.
