How can I create a new dashboard from scratch using YAML, HTML, CSS and JS

Hi

I recently tried to use Lovelace UI and had issues after installing custom cards/components. Nothing looks right form the UI point of view.
I was wondering if there is a way to build a new dashboard with my own custom branding etc using YAML, HTML, CSS and JS to control the lights, blinds, audio and AC.

Below are the versions:

  • Core 2024.10.2
  • Supervisor 2024.10.2
  • Operating System 13.2
  • Frontend 20241002.3
