How can i launch, open, or run a file from HA, to my windows 10 that has has agent installed?

I’m trying to launch a bat file, which is located on my windows 10 desktop, through mqtt, using hass agent commands, i can see custom commands etc - but i don’t know how to configure it or what option to use,

I believe that HASS.agent can run PowerShell commands. You could probably use a PowerShell commands to run your batch file.
