How can I tell how one device is being turned off by another device via a Service switch.turn_off?

I can’t find any automations that are calling the service to turn off device 2.
Logbook only shows:
Gameroom Tall Lamp Left turned off triggered by service switch.turn_off
6:19:32 PM - 7 minutes ago - Supervisor

This happens every time I turn off another device.
I don’t recall tying these together in any way…

If it is showing supervisor as the user who called this service then likely its an add-on doing this. Maybe a nodered script?

Not a bad guess, but I don’t have nodered and I’ve reviewed all other addons and none that would be doing this.
