How delete obsolete MickMake GoSungrow entities

Hello everybody
for testing I installed MickMake > GoSungrow. Never got it running, so I un-installed it - but a lot of sensor.gosungrow_getpsdetail* entities exist - how to delete them? thanks for any hints
