How do I copy files from Github to HAOS?

I’m running HAOS on a Intel NUC and want to set up a dashboard card that I’ve found on Github at GitHub - phrz/lg-washer-dryer-card: Lovelace cards for use with the Home Assistant LG ThinQ Integration. A manual installation of the files is required. I’m new to HA and have no idea how to copy files from a Github location to the locations needed on my HAOS install. I’ve Googled to try and get some direction on to how to do this but can’t find anything that seems to fit what I need. I access my HA through a web browser on my Mac. My HA does have Terminal and Studio Code Server installed if they are needed in the process.

Any suggestions?

Install File Editor and Samba add-ons, connect to your HAOS server from you PC using the config share presented by the Samba add-on, then follow the manual install instructions on the GitHub page.
