It’s a bit of a hassle to open preferences, find the server I want, and activate it.
3 finger swipe up is used for default MacOS activities.
A tabbed solution within the app might make sense for folks with multiple servers.

I open multiple windows using File/New, connect each to a different server using Preferences/ Servers, then switch between them using the usual MacOS window switching methods or the app’s Window menu.
I tried to disable 3 finger swipe up in the trackpad settings, which you can do, but the home assistant application still doesn’t work for 3 finger swipe. As far as I’ve been concerned, multi-server has never worked in MacOS as a result, and I don’t use it for that reason. The IOS implementation works great. As you mentioned, there should be a tab or some other function to easily switch or a drop down menu to select.
