How do i get alexa tts to whisper without using tags?

I can do it like this:

<amazon:effect name="whispered">Goodnight person</amazon:effect>.

But is there anyway of turning it on for all alexa devices so i can at night for example, have her whisper?

The other way I know is to ask her to whisper… “Alexa, turn on whisper mode”

Yeah, but that only works apparently if you whisper to her first.

Yes, that’s right.

I only know these 2 ways… using tags or whispering to her.

Yeah tried also to get Alexa to generally whisper but the only way I got this working is with the tags.

However I did not get this working for custom commands just for announcements and notifications.
