How do I get app to "factory reset"?

I had been using the official app, then I downloaded Ariela to try it out. When an automation triggered a notification, it was only being sent to the Ariela app.

I deleted the Ariela app. Now when I sent notifications, I get no notifcation on my phone via the offical app.

I tried uninstalling the app and then installing it again. But when it installs, its as if it remembers everything because it doesnt ask me for login info or anything, it just connect right to my HA.

How can I get the app to behave as if its a brand new setup on a phone?

Thanks. I was able to rename my device and notifications worked after I changed the name in my automations. Still dont understand why the original name of my device no longer receives the notifications even after deleted Ariela.
