How do I get ha to have a timer on a card on the dashboard

Can I have ha display a timer with a custom input (keypad) then start and stop it?

Ex: I am baking a cake and need to set a 30m 45s timer, so I walk up the the dashboard, I type in 00:30:45. and click start.
I am new to ha and don’t know much tkx.
