How do I 'replug' a USB hub remotely?

I have a hassio running in docker on raspbian on Pi4. I’m away on holiday, and today the ha had crashed, and I had to do a reboot of the raspbian os.
I have a AEON labs zwave stick plugged into the Pi4 and due to complications with the USB and Pi4, I’ve had to put a dirt cheap usb hub between the Pi4 and the stick.
After a reboot I’ve had to unplug and replug the usb hub, to get the ttyACM0 device to show up.
But as I’m not on site, that is not possible for me to do. So is there a software way I can do this? Some mysterious shell command to have it discover the usb stick again?

Hi. Maybe try this tool:
